What industries do you specialize in?+
Retail and e-commerce, manufacturing, healthcare, education, real estate, and financial services are where most of our work sits. The pattern that matters more than the sector is whether you run several systems that do not agree with each other, because that is the problem all six of these have in common.
How long does an ERP implementation take?+
A standard Odoo implementation usually takes 4 to 6 weeks. Builds with custom modules run 8 to 12 weeks, and migration-only projects take 2 to 4 weeks. Core modules are typically usable within the first couple of weeks, so you are not waiting until the end to see anything working.
Do you offer ongoing support?+
Yes. Monthly retainers cover monitoring, fixes, and small changes, with an agreed response time and a named contact rather than a ticket queue. You can also buy support on demand if your needs are occasional.
Can you integrate with our existing systems?+
Usually yes, and it is normally the cheaper answer. If a system has an API we can connect it, and where it does not we look for an export, a database view, or a middleware route before recommending you replace anything.
What makes your POS solutions different?+
Three things: it keeps working offline so your till never stops, adding a branch does not mean buying another licence, and Arabic checkout with ZATCA-compliant invoicing is built in rather than added later. You also own the source code.
How does AI automation reduce costs?+
It removes the hours your team spends moving data between systems, chasing approvals, and rebuilding the same report every week. We measure the time each process consumes before we start, so the saving is a number you can check rather than a claim.
