Pricing Questions
Why do you show starting prices instead of fixed prices?
Every business is different. A 5-page website for a Dubai consultancy costs less than a 25-page e-commerce site with payment gateways. Our starting prices reflect the minimum scope for that package. After your free assessment, we give you a fixed quote with no surprises.
Are there any hidden fees?
No. Every proposal includes a detailed cost breakdown: development, design, testing, project management, and third-party costs (licenses, hosting, APIs). Change requests outside the original scope are quoted separately before work begins.
What payment terms do you offer?
For fixed-price projects: 30% upfront, 30% at midpoint, 40% at delivery. For outsourcing: monthly billing in advance. For enterprise: quarterly or milestone-based. We accept wire transfer, PayPal, and major credit cards. GCC clients can pay in AED, SAR, or USD.
Can I change my package after signing?
Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade your outsourcing engagement with 30 days' notice. For project-based work, scope changes are managed through our formal change order process, with every change quoted and approved before implementation.
Do you offer discounts for multiple services?
Yes. Bundle 2+ services and save 10-15%. Commit to a 12-month outsourcing engagement and get 1 month free. Non-profits and startups get additional consideration, so ask during your assessment.
What happens if the project goes over budget?
Fixed-price projects don't go over budget. That's the point. If scope changes, we quote the change separately. For T&M engagements, we provide weekly burn reports so you always know where you stand.
Is post-launch support included in the price?
Yes. All packages include 1-6 months of post-launch support depending on the tier. After that, you can choose a monthly care plan or managed services. Support includes bug fixes, minor enhancements, and performance monitoring.
