How quickly can you onboard a dedicated team?+
Staff augmentation takes 1 to 2 weeks. A dedicated team takes 3 to 4 weeks. A managed project needs 2 to 3 weeks for scoping and team assembly, and a full offshore development center takes 2 to 3 months to stand up. We keep a bench of pre-vetted talent across the major technologies, so for urgent needs we can often place a specialist within 5 business days.
Will my outsourced team work in my timezone?+
Yes. For GCC clients we align to your business hours, which is only a 1 to 2 hour difference. UK clients get a 4 to 6 hour overlap with flexible scheduling. For US East Coast we run early-shift teams for partial overlap. We use your tools, whether that is Slack, Teams, Jira or GitHub, and attend your standups, sprint planning and reviews. Communication is real-time, not async-only.
How do you protect my intellectual property?+
Every team member signs an NDA before they get project access. Code ownership transfers to you on day one, so you own 100% of the IP we create. For highly sensitive projects we can work in on-premise development environments, and source code escrow is available for enterprise engagements. Our contracts include explicit IP assignment clauses, and we never reuse client-specific code on other projects.
What happens if a specialist is not the right fit?+
We offer a two-week trial period on outsourcing engagements. If the specialist is not working out, we replace them at no charge. For dedicated teams we run quarterly performance reviews so problems surface early rather than at renewal.
Can I scale the team up or down?+
Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade an outsourcing engagement with 30 days' notice. Staff augmentation bills monthly with no lock-in at all. Dedicated teams carry a six-month minimum, after which the same flexibility applies.
How is this different from hiring locally?+
You get enterprise-quality engineering at a materially lower cost, without carrying recruitment, payroll, benefits or compliance overhead. We handle all of that. You keep full control of the work itself and own everything that gets built.
