Who is Big Binary Tech and what do you do?
Big Binary Tech is a US-registered technology services company delivering AI automation, web development, Odoo ERP integration, custom software development, POS systems, and digital marketing. We serve businesses across the GCC, USA, and UK, and we specialize in helping businesses modernize legacy systems, implement cloud-native architectures, and use AI for competitive advantage. Our team combines technical depth with GCC regulatory knowledge and Arabic-language capability.
Where is Big Binary Tech based and who are your clients?
Our head office is in Sheridan, Wyoming, and our engineering centre is offshore. Our clients span the GCC, the USA, and the UK. We work with SMEs, mid-market companies, and enterprises across retail, manufacturing, healthcare, finance, real estate, and government sectors.
What certifications and partnerships does BBT hold?
We are a US registered company and collaborate with Cisco NetAcademy, Hack The Box, and several universities. Our team holds certifications in AWS, Microsoft Azure, Odoo, and various AI and ML frameworks. We maintain ISO-aligned security practices and GDPR-aware data handling. Our university partnerships mean our talent pipeline is trained and verified.
How is BBT different from larger consultancies?
Three differences. Personalization: you work directly with senior engineers and architects rather than account managers. Speed: we are onboard in weeks, not months, and decisions do not queue behind corporate process. Value: we deliver enterprise-quality outcomes at a fraction of tier-one consultancy cost with the same technical depth. Our GCC expertise and AI-first approach are hard to find in one partner.
What services does Big Binary Tech offer?
Six core service lines: AI automations and integrations, website development, Odoo ERP services, custom software development, POS systems, and social media marketing. Each one has its own page with the full capability list, and the pills on those pages jump you straight to the specific capability you are looking for.
What solutions does BBT provide beyond individual services?
Three end-to-end solutions. Enterprise and Odoo covers unified ERP across HR, finance, CRM, inventory, and manufacturing. Retail and POS covers custom POS, inventory management, and multi-branch retail. Digital Transformation covers legacy modernization, cloud migration, business digitization, and AI-powered automation.
Can BBT handle projects that require multiple services?
Yes, and most of our projects do. A typical transformation might include a legacy system audit, an Odoo ERP implementation, a cloud migration, AI automation, and a new website. Our full-stack capability means one partner, one contract, and one point of accountability instead of vendor fragmentation.
Do you offer ongoing maintenance and support after delivery?
Yes. Projects include post-launch support as standard. After that you can choose a monthly care plan or managed services. For outsourcing clients we offer continuous team scaling, skill upgrades, and knowledge transfer. Support runs over email, Slack or Teams, a ticketing system, and scheduled video calls.
How much does digital transformation cost with BBT?
Our assessment and roadmap package starts at $3,500. A transformation program starts at $15,000. Enterprise transformations are quoted on scope, system complexity, data volume, and customization. All packages include discovery, documentation, and knowledge transfer. Hardware and cloud costs are quoted separately, and the free 30-minute assessment exists so you see real numbers before committing.
How long does a typical project take?
Assessment and roadmap takes 2 to 3 weeks. Single system modernization takes 6 to 10 weeks. Full business digitization takes 3 to 6 months. Enterprise transformation takes 6 to 12 months. We use phased delivery so you see value every 4 to 6 weeks rather than only at the end.
What payment terms does BBT offer?
For fixed-price projects we usually structure payments as 30% upfront, 30% at midpoint, and 40% at delivery. Outsourcing engagements are billed monthly in advance. Enterprise engagements can run on quarterly or milestone-based invoicing. We accept wire transfer, PayPal, and major cards, and GCC clients can pay in AED, SAR, or USD.
Are there any hidden costs I should know about?
No. Every proposal includes a detailed breakdown covering development, design, testing, project management, and third-party costs such as licences, hosting, and APIs. We flag potential additional costs upfront, for instance if a legacy system needs unexpected reverse engineering. Change requests outside the original scope are quoted before any work begins.
How does BBT's project process work?
Five steps. Discovery and audit of your current systems, processes, and technical debt. Roadmap and design covering target architecture, migration plan, milestones, and budgets. Build and migrate, with parallel running so the business is not disrupted. Integrate and test every workflow, validate data, and train your team. Then optimize and scale as you grow.
Will we lose data during migration?
No. We use validated migration scripts, parallel running environments, and rollback plans, and every data point is verified before cutover. For critical systems we run the old and new in parallel for two to four weeks before full cutover. The process includes schema validation, integrity checks, and automated reconciliation reports.
Do we need to stop operations during transformation?
No. We use parallel running, phased cutover, and out-of-hours deployments so there is no business disruption. Your team keeps working while we transform behind the scenes. For 24/7 operations we deploy in maintenance windows and use blue-green deployment.
How do you handle change requests during a project?
Through a formal change process. When you request a change we assess the impact on timeline, budget, and scope within 48 hours and give you a change order document with the revised plan. You approve before any additional work starts. On agile projects changes land at sprint boundaries.
What cloud platform do you recommend?
It depends on your needs. AWS for flexibility, scale, and breadth of services. Azure for Microsoft ecosystem integration and enterprise compliance. Google Cloud for AI, ML, and data analytics workloads. We also design multi-cloud setups for redundancy and cost control. For GCC clients, data residency decides the region before anything else does.
Can you work with our existing systems and legacy ERP?
Yes, and we specialize in it. We build API layers and middleware where direct integration is not possible. We have integrated with SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, custom-built systems, and decades-old databases. Our approach preserves your data while unlocking new capability, and we assess your stack during discovery.
What technology stack does BBT use?
Frontend: React, Angular, Vue, Next.js, TypeScript. Backend: Node.js, Python with Django or FastAPI, Java with Spring Boot, and .NET. Mobile: React Native and Flutter. Databases: PostgreSQL, MongoDB, MySQL, Redis. Cloud: AWS, Azure, Google Cloud. DevOps: Docker, Kubernetes, Terraform, Jenkins. AI: TensorFlow, PyTorch, OpenAI API, LangChain. ERP: the full Odoo suite.
How do you ensure code quality and security?
For quality: code review on every pull request, automated unit, integration, and end-to-end tests, static analysis, and peer review. For security: secure coding practices, dependency vulnerability scanning, OWASP-aligned testing, encryption at rest and in transit, role-based access control, and regular audits. We run CI/CD with automated pipelines and environment parity.
Do you offer Arabic-language support and GCC compliance?
Yes. We provide bilingual Arabic and English interfaces and documentation. Our compliance work covers ZATCA in Saudi Arabia, FTA in the UAE, SEDD, VAT-ready reporting, and data residency. We have Arabic-speaking project managers and business analysts, and our Odoo implementations include Arabic localization, right-to-left interface support, and Arabic document templates.
What is ZATCA compliance and how does BBT help?
ZATCA e-invoicing is mandatory for businesses in Saudi Arabia, and Phase 2 requires real-time invoice reporting to the Fatoora platform. We integrate Odoo and custom systems with the ZATCA APIs so invoices are generated, validated, and reported automatically. We handle the technical integration, XML generation, QR code embedding, and compliance validation.
How do you handle UAE FTA VAT requirements?
For UAE businesses we configure Odoo and custom systems to produce FTA-compliant tax invoices, VAT returns, and audit files. We make sure your chart of accounts, tax codes, and reporting formats meet FTA specifications. Implementations include automated VAT calculation, multi-currency support, and integration with the FTA e-Services portal where required.
What about data residency for GCC clients?
For UAE clients we can deploy on UAE-based cloud regions such as AWS Dubai or Azure UAE North. For Saudi clients we use Saudi-based regions. We design the architecture so sensitive data never leaves the jurisdiction, our contracts include data residency clauses, and we provide compliance documentation for regulatory audits.
How does BBT's outsourcing model work?
Four models. Staff augmentation puts individual specialists into your team from $2,500 per month, with us handling recruitment, payroll, and compliance. A dedicated development team is a cross-functional squad working only on your product from $12,000 per month. Managed project delivery gives us full ownership from requirements to deployment. An offshore development centre is your own branded hub.
How quickly can you onboard a dedicated team?
Staff augmentation takes 1 to 2 weeks. A dedicated team takes 3 to 4 weeks. A managed project takes 2 to 3 weeks for scoping and team assembly. An offshore development centre takes 2 to 3 months for full setup. We keep a bench of pre-vetted talent, so for urgent needs we can often provide a specialist within five business days.
Will my outsourced team work in my timezone?
Yes. For GCC clients we align to your business hours, with only an hour or two of difference. For UK clients we provide four to six hours of overlap with flexible scheduling. For US East Coast clients we offer partial overlap with early-shift teams. We use your tools and attend your standups, sprint planning, and reviews.
How do you protect my intellectual property?
Every team member signs an NDA before project access. Code ownership transfers to you on day one, so you own 100% of the IP we create. On-premise development environments are available for highly sensitive projects, and source code escrow is available for enterprise engagements. We never reuse client-specific code for other projects.
What happens after the project is complete?
You get post-launch support, optimization, and training as standard, covering bug fixes, performance tuning, minor enhancements, and user support. After that you can choose a monthly care plan, managed services where we operate your systems long term, a knowledge transfer so your own team takes over, or a continued engagement to add capability.
How do you measure project success?
We define KPIs upfront during discovery: process time reduction, cost savings, error rate reduction, user adoption, system uptime, and return on investment. You get monthly dashboards tracking every metric. For outsourcing we also track velocity, code quality, and sprint completion. At close we run a retrospective and give you a success report.
What if I am not satisfied with the deliverables?
There are quality checkpoints at every phase. If deliverables do not meet the agreed criteria we revise at no additional cost. Our contracts include satisfaction checkpoints at the 25%, 50%, and 75% milestones where you can approve or request changes. For outsourcing there is a two-week trial period, and we replace a specialist who is not a fit at no charge.
How do I get support after hours or on weekends?
Standard support covers business hours on GCC time. For 24/7 needs we offer priority packages with guaranteed response times: one hour for critical issues, four hours for high priority, eight hours for medium, and 24 hours for low. Weekend support is available for mission-critical systems and can be written into your support contract.
